The deep fishing bite this past couple weeks has been great on Table Rock! Fish are biting 4″drop shots worms in brown and purple laminate and watermelon /red and white 1/2 & 3/4 ounce spoons. Look for the bass to be on the bottom of mainland points 25-40′ deep in the mornings. Later when the sun gets up high look over deep water and deep trees on the main lake or creeks for bass to be suspended 25′-35′. A lot of white bass and occasional walleye are being caught mixed in. If you can catch a dark cloudy morning try a redfin or spook on channel swings/bluffed for a quality fish.
Trout has been great on Taneycomo. Lots of trout are being caught around the bridges Branson Landing area on pink trout magnets and sculpin jigs. Further up with current try drifting pink and white eggs or crawlers on a drift rig
