November 6 2016 Table Rock Lake Fishing Report

Lake Level 911.1
Normal Pool 915
Water Temp 68-70 degrees

Its been a fantastic week bass fishing this week on Table Rock! Had really great clients this week with 40-60+ fish outings. Pretty much the deep bite was the deal. Every morning we’d try fishing shallow for a largemouth or smallmouth before the sun pops up or cloudy mornings with mixed results. One morning we’d catch a few the next not much. Caught some nice smallmouth on a 3/8 ounce white and black spinnerbait and ned rig up shallow on rocky/shelfy banks off the main lake. Once we’d move out to the deeper water we started putting fish in the boat consistently. About everything was kentuckies on the bottom 38′-45′ deep. About all the same fishing mainly in the James River and Shell Knob area fishing the mainlake gravel points and flats. Fish are biting great on the Chomper’s 4″ purple dropshot worm and a 3/4 ounce white spoon. I’ve noticed in the daytime hours a lot of time the bass are acting like white bass, laying on the bottom making it difficult to see on your electronics. I’ve been using the bigger white spoon thumping it off the bottom to get them up amking it easier to see and catch on the drop shot.
