January 10, 2018 Table Rock Lake Fishing Guide Report Branson, MO

Lake Level 909.8
Normal Pool 915.0
Water Temp Iced Over to 45

I have not had a chance to get out much in the past 3 weeks. My trips booked have postponed due to the cold and it’s probably good thing we stayed home warm! The couple times I have been out lately I’ve been catching the smallmouth on a jerkbait and A-Rig still fairly shallow. Around the Dam to Kimberling City fishing gravel banks with bigger rock around these fish will be varying  5′-20′ deep depending on the conditions. Been doing the best on a few different jerkbaits but ones with a white or chartreuse belly seem to be working the best on the cloudy days. let the bait sit 3 to 5 seconds between twitches. I also found a few big schools of deep spotted bass in the backs of some of the bigger creeks where there is a lot of baitfish. Look for them 40′-60′ in the trees or just roaming with the shad. Tru a white 1/4 or 1/2 ounce spoon, Rapala ice minnow or white single tail 4″ Chomper’s grub.
